Hey! We’re Nicole + Khristel

Hey! We are Nicole & Khristel the two ladies behind The Cabin Hunter Property Management Team. Nicole is the founder of The Cabin Hunter who created the company after visiting so many incredible properties around North America and beyond, & always felt that the images on the rental listings never did the places justice.

So many beautiful rental properties don’t have the time to photograph their own space or don’t have the expertise to do so to the fullest extent and that is where the idea of the Cabin Hunter came to life as a place to provide incredible AirBnB photos.

Khristel joined the team in 2022 & shortly after we began helping incredible hosts gain their time back through property & guest management & marketing while still enjoying having their cabin and the income without having to do all the hard work.

KNOWLEDGE OF PROPERTY
            We perform a very thorough property audit upon onboarding your property where we go through and familiarize ourselves with every room, and deliver a document to our owners on how to improve the property & for us to have an incredible understanding of each of our properties. 
            Many do not visit the property and only have photos to go off of
	 Owner knows the property but might not know what it takes to take it to the next level. 
        

            LOCALLY AVAILABLE
            Each property gets assigned a local property assistant that lives within 30 minutes of the property to ensure any immediate issues arise someone can be there right & comply with some local bylaws

            INTERACTION WITH OWNERS
            In communication with owners as much as they would like to be and always kept in the loop for major things. Private group chat between owners and property managers with 24/7 availability.
